HypnoBirthing classes designed to help you trust your body throughout labor using breathing techniques and deep relaxation, while giving your partner the confidence and practical tools to support you every step of the way.
I'm a registered nurse, a psychiatric nurse practitioner student, and a mom. I built The HypnoMom because I kept meeting women who walked into labor bracing for the worst, when what they actually needed was a way to trust their bodies instead of fight them.
HypnoBirthing gave me that. Now I teach the same breathing, relaxation, and mindset tools to expecting parents across Brooklyn and beyond, so calm feels less like luck and more like practice.
Small group sessions in Brooklyn. Hands on breathing, positioning, and partner coaching practice, in a room built for calm.
The full curriculum over Zoom, wherever you are. Same tools, same one on one attention, zero commute.
One on one sessions built around your birth plan, your medical history, and the questions you haven't asked out loud yet.
It's so funny, my husband asked why, this time, I wasn't screaming for the doctor at the end.
I had my baby boy Friday morning. I felt so prepared. I did the breathing, used the calm music, and was able to push off the epidural for a while. Only pushed for 10 minutes. Such a good experience, thank you so much!
I felt so calm in the delivery room, so different compared to my previous births.
Not at all. Plenty of parents take this course solo or with a friend, sister, or doula in the support role instead.
The full curriculum works best starting around 28 to 32 weeks, but a condensed private track is available if you're further along.
No. These tools are for any birth: medicated, unmedicated, planned cesarean. Calm helps regardless of the path your birth takes.
